IKD Karate Australia will be hosting an additional come and try day as a part of the Active Women and Girls Program on Saturday 5th October.
This Come and Try Day is open to anyone within the community that is eager to build resilience, self-control and discipline, particularly women and girls through the Queensland Sport and Recreation initiative. The session will focus on building foundational skills in traditional self-defense, as well as competition training. It is open to all abilities, and we are looking forward to seeing you all there!
