1. IKD Yudansha Membership Registration Form

Apply for black belts Membership Registration form. This is the form to be used by karate black belts who wish to join IKD-Australia.

2. IKD Dojo Membership Application Form

This is the form to be used by DOJO, who wish to change the Affiliation to IKD-Australia, to be branch and Member of IKD-Australia.
